Our welcoming restaurant offers a wonderful panoramic view over the Dolomites. A rich international buffet breakfast is the perfect way to start a day of relaxation or sport in the Dolomites.
From simple milk and coffee to juices, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, croissants, various jams, home-baked cakes and, for stronger palates, also a salty buffet of cold cuts, cheeses and omelettes.
The recently renewed environment and refined cuisine offer a varied lunch and dinner menu with typical Trentino dishes , evenings with themed dinners and candlelight gala dinners.
Hotel Colfosco’s restaurant takes great care of our Guests’ dietary requirements and provides gluten-free food. We ask Guests to kindly notify us of any food allergies and/or intolerances before arriving at the hotel.
Chef Giuseppe Marcon
Born in Transacqua on February 18th, 1969, from a young age he showed great passion and talent for cooking and for this reason attended a Professional Hotel School. After having completed his studies, he immediately undertook a career in catering, gaining experience in major tourist resorts, experimenting and alternating sea and mountain flavours. This year, Giuseppe has chosen to delight Hotel Colfosco Guests with his regional, national and international dishes.
